Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom and United States.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A:

  • Handling Time:1-2 business days(Monday- Friday).
  • Transit Time:2-4 business days(Monday- Friday).
  • Shipping Cost:Free
  • Order Cutoff Time:Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed on the same day.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched we’ll do our best to cancel or change it. Once dispatched, cancellations are handled as returns (see Returns & Refunds Policy).

Q: What is your returns & refunds policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To return an item, please contact support to request a returns number and instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. Some items (e.g., heavily soiled or worn products) may not be accepted.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: After dispatch you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. Use that link to track parcel progress. If you don’t receive a tracking email, contact support.

Q: What sizes should I buy? How do I know my fit?
A: Each product page includes a size guide — please check it closely before ordering. If you’re between sizes, our fit guidance on each product will recommend whether to size up or down. If you need help choosing, contact our sizing team with your usual size and we’ll advise.
