What are the delivery times?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses 1 to 2 days after purchase, Monday to Friday.

Transit Time: 2-4 business days Monday to Friday.

We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom.

The deadline for placing orders is 5:00pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

What are the delivery costs?

We provide free shipping all over the United Kingdom

I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

If you haven't received your parcel after 15 days (from dispatch), contact us! You can ask us for a refund. Or if you can wait for a later delivery, we'll make a gesture to thank you for your patience. In all cases, we guarantee that you will receive your parcel.

How do I make a return?

You can return your order within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

If you wish to be reimbursed, the reimbursement will be made within approximately 3 working days.

For an exchange, we will send you your new item as soon as we receive the returned item.

Before returning an item, please contact us to arrange the return!

You are responsible for the cost of returns. A refund is possible if the error is ours (faulty product, wrong colour/size, etc.).

What payment methods do you accept?

For your security, all transactions are encrypted using secure software and SSL protocol. Under no circumstances do we have access to your bank details.
